Though Ray Allen was instrumental in leading the Boston Celtics to their 17th banner, after a drought of more than 20 seasons, he has been ostracized by some of his former teammates–and dismissed by many Celtics fans miffed at his decision in free agency to join LeBron James and the Miami Heat, the Big Three’s biggest rival and threat.
However, before Allen is enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass. on Friday, September 7, we’d be remiss here at Hardwood Houdini if we didn’t look back at Allen’s most memorable and impactful moments as a Boston Celtic.
