The Trail Blazers have signed guard Phil Pressey and forward Cliff Alexander. Pressey played the past two seasons with the Boston Celtics, averaging 3.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 125 games. The 24-year-old was undrafted after playing at Missouri.
