Shawn Kemp who is 53 years old has allegedly been involved in a drive-by shooting and had been arrested by Tacoma Police. This comes on the same day that Colorado made the decision not to pursue charges against Ja Morant, stating that video evidence was not enough to prove Morant's guilt.
