The NBA released the first returns for NBA All-Star game voting on Thursday more than a month away from the midseason festivities.
Four members of the Boston Celtics are among the eastern conference’s top-20 vote-getters in Kyrie Irving, Al Horford, Jaylen Brown, and Jayson Tatum. Irving has the most votes for any guard in the conference by a wide margin, so it’s probably safe to say that he’ll be a starter in this year’s All-Star game.
The NBA changed the format to the All Star game this October, eliminating the East vs West matchup that we have grown accustomed to.
