Earlier today, the Boston Celtics announced that Daniel Theis would be out the rest of the season with a torn meniscus. The Celtics, already short-handed due to Jaylen Brown going through concussion protocol, have suffered on the injury front this season and could use a break from bad news.
Unfortunately it keeps coming. Marcus Smart reportedly has a sprain in his right thumb (the same hand he used to punch a picture frame earlier this year).
