If you asked NBA players twenty years ago what their rating in a video game was, the answers received would either be "I have no idea" or "I don't know what you're talking about." Even if they did know their rating -- or had a clue what the question was even in reference to -- 99% of players would've likely gone about their business not giving it a second thought.
