Marcus Morris out against the Phoenix Suns

The Boston Celtics announced that Marcus Morris will miss tonight’s game against the Phoenix Suns due to right knee soreness.

This is Morris’ second missed game of the season. Morris has been Boston’s most consistent player this season, as he’s having the best season of his career. Morris is scoring 14.9 points per game on a career-high 49.2 percent shooting from the field. He’s also pulled down a career-best 6.2 rebounds a night.

In the Celtics previous game against the Suns this season, Morris came off the bench to score 17 points and grab eight rebounds against one of his former teams.
