The Boston Celtics are planning for point guard Kyrie Irving to play Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets after missing their last game with a facial fracture.

Irving participated in the Celtics' shootaround Tuesday morning and told reporters that he plans to wear a mask for Boston's game in Brooklyn.

"It's gonna be pain tolerance, comfort with the mask," Celtics coach Brad Stevens said.
