Kristaps Porzingis says struggling Celtics are playing with ‘no spirit, no personality’

The Celtics’ recent stretch of uninspired performances continued Wednesday night with a loss to the Raptors, who are 13th in the Eastern Conference standings.

The performance comes on the heels of a one-point victory against the Pelicans, who have the worst record in the Western Conference, and a loss to the Sacramento Kings in which Domantas Sabonis grabbed 28 rebounds.

The Celtics have been in an extended shooting funk, but the problems appear to go beyond their streakiness from deep.

“I think we played with no spirit, no personality,” center Kristaps Porzingis said.
