Key Moment
The Boston Celtics were inches away from the New York Knicks for nearly the entire second half of Friday night's game at Madison Square Garden. But every time the C’s pulled within one possession, New York would sink a shot and edge in the other direction, eventually leading to its 101-95 win.
With a little less than five minutes left to go in the game, the Celtics had as good a chance as ever to finally get over the hump.
Jordan Mickey had just slammed a driving dunk, a basket which looked like it could be a momentum swinger for the C’s as they closed the score to 90-88.
