Key Moment
Did Isaiah Thomas really make that basket?
Yup. He did. And it gave the Celtics life.
Boston had struggled mightily in its last three games heading into Wednesday night’s matchup with the 76ers. Those struggles carried over into its pre-Thanksgiving tilt, as it shot just 32.8 percent through the first three quarters of the game.
The C’s trailed by as many as 11 points during the fourth quarter but battled their way back with strong defense and key buckets, highlighted by Thomas' game-changing layup on a late fast break.
