The Brooklyn Nets nearly erased Boston's 17-point third quarter lead Monday night, until Air Jordan showed up and saved the day for the Celtics.
Air Jordan Mickey, that is.
Brooklyn went a on 19-4 run early in the third quarter that cut Boston's lead to 71-69, but before the Nets could snag an advantage, Mickey took back the momentum with a single slam.
Coming out of a timeout at the 6:01 mark, Terry Rozier fed Mickey, who was cutting to the basket, for a monstrous and-1 dunk over Chris McCullough. The highlight-reel slam caused an eruption on Boston's bench and in the TD Garden stands.
