Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is experiencing concussion-like symptoms and has been ruled out of Sunday’s Game 7 in Boston.
The Cavaliers announced the decision Saturday, the day after Love suffered a head-on collision with Jayson Tatum in Game 6.
Love left the game after the blow, which sent him to the floor clutching his head in the first quarter, and didn’t return. Tatum stayed in and, according to coach Brad Stevens after the game, seemed fine.
