Jordan Mickey, who has been on assignment from the Celtics for pretty much the whole season so far, has been named NBA Development League Player of the Month for games played in December. Mickey helped lead Maine to a 7-2 record for the month of December. In 8 games (he missed one game when called up to the Celtics) in December, all as a starter, Mickey averaged 19.6 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 5.3 blocks per game.
