Jayson Tatum joined elite company when he eclipsed 13,000 career points on Saturday night.
Only seven players in NBA history have reached that milestone before turning 27 years of age. LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Tracy McGrady, and now, Tatum.
The Celtics superstar continues to build his already impressive resume at a young age, and won’t turn 27 until March.
Tatum reached the milestone with a three in the second quarter of Boston’s win over the Dallas Mavericks. He finished the game with a team-high 24 points, along with six rebounds and three assists.
