When Jayson Tatum returned to the Auerbach Center earlier this week, he had some new ink to show off.
The Celtics star recently got a new tattoo of himself holding the Larry O’Brien Trophy while wearing Boston’s championship hat, placing the ink on his back. The tattoo seemed to be based on an image of Tatum during the Celtics’ locker room celebration when they won the NBA title in June.
Of course, winning at title was a special moment for Tatum as he’s spoken glowingly about the accomplishment throughout the summer.
“This is going to be a night that I will remember for the rest of my life,” Tatum told reporters after the Celtics’ NBA Finals win over the Mavericks.
