The NBA and the Nets handling of this Kyrie Irving situation continues to get more messy and messy. Jaylen Brown recently called out Nike by saying "Since when did Nike care about ethics?" after they severed ties with Kyrie Irving and spoke about the ethics they stand for. Now that Kyrie Irving's suspension has continued past the 5 game mark despite his apology and Commissioner Adam Silver saying that he doesn't believe Irving is an antisemite, all eyes are on Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai.
Tsai has been critcized himself for ignoring human rights violations and Jaylen (and I'm assuming the whole NBPA union leadership and most of the players) is not cool with the indefinite suspension and the lengthy list of things Irving needs to do to prove himslef to Tsai.
