It’s no Garden of Eden

Maybe it’s just the way the cards are being shuffled and dealt. Each game is its own entity, and right now the schedule is just catching the Celtics like a two-by-four on the not-so-funny bone.

Whatever the case, the C’s home-road success discrepancy is beginning to get on their nerves — ulnar and otherwise.

Last night the Celts took a 13-point lead and pulled the covers over their head, suffering a 99-94 loss to the Pistons.

Mind you, losing to a team as talented as Detroit is not necessarily cause for dishonor, but it begins to get a bit uneasy when it’s the third straight loss at home and sixth in the last eight trips to the parquet.
