SAN ANTONIO – Al Horford is still getting acclimated to life in green. While the Celtics are over a quarter of the way into the schedule, Horford’s only played in 14 games thanks to a few injuries and the birth of a child.
Wednesday morning at the AT&T Center, Horford sat on one side of the court chatting with reporters as almost the rest of the entire team was stationed on the other, tying sneakers and granting interviews. He’s the second oldest Celtic on the roster (Gerald Green has a few months on him) and certainly knows his role in the NBA, but he’s still easing into his role with his new team.
