With three away games remaining on their schedule, the Celtics are already joining some of the great teams of NBA history in terms of road dominance.
Boston handled the Spurs in San Antonio on Saturday night, improving to 5-0 on its latest road trip and 31-7 on the road this season. Those 31 wins are already tied for the seventh most in a single season in NBA history.
The Celtics won’t be able to break the record for most road wins in a season, but they can tie it by winning their final three away contests this year.
