Ten-time NBA-Champion (two as a coach), K.C. Jones turns 83 years young today.
When you think of the legendary C's teams of the 60's, K.C. is not the Jones most discussed, that honor is usually given to Sam Jones.
But K.C. averaged a respectable 7.4 points and 4.3 assists per game while winning eight rings in Boston.
Jones, who spent the majority of his career backing up Hall-of-Famer Bob Cousy, was elected to the Basketball Hall-of-Fame as a player in 1989.
As a coach Jones was the man in charge of arguably the best team in NBA-history, the '86 Celtics.
