When the Celtics hit the road for their upcoming three-game road trip, they will still be without guard Evan Fournier.
Fournier won’t travel with the team for their West Coast trip and remains in health and safety protocols, Celtics coach Brad Stevens told reporters Friday. Fournier has already missed two games and will miss his third game on Friday when the Celtics host the Timberwolves.
While it’s unknown if Fournier tested positive for COVID-19 or not, he provided an update of his status on Thursday.
“Just want to take a moment to thank you all for the love and support over the last few days,” Fournier wrote in a tweet.
