WALTHAM - Celtics GM Danny Ainge wants to be perfectly clear on one thing: the entire Celtics roster is training to be a starter.
Ainge scoffed at a question about players buying into their roles on the team.
"Everybody wants to start. Everybody wants to play. So let's just assume that that's the case," he said.
Ainge continued to hammer his point.
"I don't think that question should even be asked," he said. "That's just a given. Everybody wants to start. Everybody wants to be a star. Everybody wants to be the all-star. Everybody wants to win a championship.
