On Wednesday, I broke down how much each of Tristan Thompson's offensive rebounds were able to effect the outcome of game 2. The Skinny: 5 offensive rebounds led to 11 points, and on multiple occasions allowed the Cavaliers to take an additional 24 seconds off the game clock.
You'd think a change in attitude would be inevitable - Surely, if it was noticeable to every fan who watched the game, the players themselves would take note and make an adjustment, right? Clearly wrong. Thompson was once again able to secure 5 rebounds, which led to at least 7 points, including two game clinching rebounds with less than two and a half minutes to go (One with 2:20 left while down 3, the other coming with 50 seconds left while down 5).
