Celtics win thriller over the Wizards 119-117

Although the Patriots are likely going to be the talk of the town this evening, the Celtics must be in the conversation as well after what may be their most impressive and gutsy win of the season over the Wizards 119-117.

With 13 seconds left and the game tied at 117-117, the Celtics called a timeout. Out of the timeout, Brad Stevens drew up a perfectly-designed play, which led to a lob pass by Marcus Smart, who was behind the three-point line on the perimeter, to Jae Crowder, who was in the right spot in front of the basket and laid the ball in for a layup and two-point win.
