THREE REASONS FANS WILL LIKE THESE CELTICS
1. Pace
Celtics TV broadcasts — at least for home games — will be a little quieter this season. There should be little need for Tommy Heinsohn to shout “Run, Run!” into the poor little microphone suspended from his headset. Not that the Celts haven’t been hustling in recent years, but the combination of depth and aggressive point guard play will keep the game rolling even quicker.
2. David Lee and Amir Johnson
We’re betting Celtics followers will embrace the sometimes subtle contributions of veterans Lee and Johnson.
