WALTHAM -- The Celtics worked out 12 more players Monday as they prepare for the June 23rd NBA draft, and the doors to their practice facility will be seeing many more prospects between now and then. Which makes sense when you consider the C’s have eight picks in the two round dispersal.
But having eight picks and welcoming eight new players in training camp are two very different concepts. Barring a trade that clears picks or roster space, the Celts will most definitely be looking at players who would be willing to go -- or stay -- overseas for a while, particularly with their later choices.
