The Celtics continue to build their roster for the upcoming season, and they have just signed Walt Lemon, Jr. to a two-way contract which will allow him to split time between the Celtics and the Maine Red Claws.
The anticipated release of Kadeem Allen from his two-way contract apparently opened the door to signing Lemon. Walt is a 26-year-old (this month), 6'3", 180-lb guard who graduated from Bradley.
He went undrafted in 2014 and has played for the Pelicans and various Summer League and European teams since that time.
