From facing triple-teams, to scoring 53 points the day after dental surgery, to playing through grief over the death of his younger sister Chyna the day before the start of the playoffs, Isaiah Thomas has experienced every conceivable emotion and challenge over the last month.
And now the Celtics guard gets to play in a Game 7 at the Garden tomorrow night against the Washington Wizards.
For a player accustomed to taking all of these challenges head-on, Thomas can’t wait.
“I mean I’ve never been in Game 7, so I don’t know what it’s like,” said Thomas, who along with the rest of the Celtics went through a video session yesterday, with a full practice slated for today.
