Justin Anderson boosted his 3-point shooting at Virginia last season, jumping from 29.4 percent as a sophomore to 45.2 percent, despite breaking the pinkie on his (left) shooting hand.
And like all of the other small forwards the Celtics brought in today, Anderson already has the defensive side of the ball nailed down. Perhaps Celtics coach Brad Stevens liked what he saw. Anderson, taking the opportunity quite literally as a job interview, certainly like his own view of the Celtics practice facility.
"I told coach I really want to play for him, I like his style," Anderson said after completing a workout that also included Arizona's Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Michigan State's Branden Dawson, Jonathan Holmes (Texas), LeBryan Nash (Oklahoma State) and Levi Randolph.
