The state of the NBA–and by proxy the Boston Celtics–is unknown. Once this season concludes-(or doesn’t) there is going to be a whole different association. The changes will first be seen in the production values of the broadcasts if games are able to safely start again. Then eventually, the financials could see massive changes coming.
That may come in the form of lost revenue from fans in attendance. The NBA’s salary cap could be affected. In a domino effect, that could trickle down to the individual player’s themselves. Remember, not every player is a Steph Curry or a James Harden sitting on several more years of super-max salary.
