Boston Celtics: the argument for and against trading Romeo Langford

Danny Ainge has a tall task ahead of him this offseason. The Boston Celtics are stacked with multiple first round draft picks, but the team doesn’t exactly fit the profile of one that should be hoarding as much young talent as possible.

They did that last summer, bringing in two first round picks, two second round picks and the un-drafted seven-foot-five messiah known as Tacko Fall. Ainge even brought in international big man Vincent Poirier from France to round out his impressive and youthful offseason haul.

Having so much talent for the future is sound strategy, but this team showed in 2019-20 that it can win now.
