The Boston Celtics will be players in the free-agent market this offseason. That much is clear because teams don’t get as close as the Cs did–while also showing significant roster flaws–without making win-now moves around the fringes.
Assuming the Celtics want to at least keep their core together (Team Shamrock from the US National Team that placed seventh at the FIBA World Championships), the changes will come from signings.
