The Boston Celtics had their season plans derailed in the worst possible way after Gordon Hayward went down with an injury that is expected to end his season, just five minutes into the first game.
Hayward is arguably the best player on this team, and was going to be a difference maker in allowing the Celtics to be true contenders. Hayward is a two way player that will have an impact on defense.
That being said, offense is where he is truly special, and the Celtics have no chance of replacing that with any individual player.
