Back-to-back losses got you down, Boston Celtics fans? It’s understandable. In losing to both the Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers on consecutive nights, the C’s gave fans reasons to worry about their playoff prospects.
That last sentence right there is key, though. The playoffs are seemingly a certainty for the Shamrocks despite losing footing in Eastern Conference seeding. At 17-7, the Celtics currently occupy the four seed, which would give them home-court advantage in the second season’s opening round.
That would be the same spot the team occupied last season. Early on, it seems like this year’s iteration might be able to surpass the 48-win mark of Kyrie Irving‘s toxic team.
