We all knew the front office for the Boston Celtics was going to look to be a busy bunch during the 2021 NBA Offseason, but we weren’t quite aware of just how fast the franchise would step into action.
Less than 24-hours after their Game 5 season-ending loss to the Brooklyn Nets in round one of the playoffs, it was announced that Danny Ainge would be stepping down from his duties with the organization and, in his place, Brad Stevens would drop the clipboard on the sidelines and move on up to fill the vacated role of President of Basketball Operations.
