Run an iron over your classic Mitchell & Ness gear, Celtics fans. Actual basketball things are about to start happening! Starting today with the annual Shamrock Classic, the Boston Celtics 2015-16 season gets underway. Below is a list of events leading to the start of the pre-season.
• Tuesday, Sept. 22: Shamrock Classic: Danny Ainge and Stevens will address the media to officially start the unofficial start for the new season. Co-owner Steve Pagliuca, president of basketball operations Danny Ainge, head coach Brad Stevens, team president Rich Gotham and director of player personnel Austin Ainge will be on the links for this year's event.
