You honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start to the season for our beloved Boston Celtics. Okay, maybe you could have asked for a season-opening win on the road against the still-unbeaten Philadelphia 76ers.
Falling short of that, the results this season have been nothing short of inspiring. We always knew the talent was there. Few, if any, NBA teams possess a more deadly top four players than the Celtics.
There are better duos, sure. LeBron James and Anthony Davis are the league’s standard for super-twos. When Paul George returns, he and Kawhi Leonard could take that mantle if the pieces fit for Doc Rivers’ Los Angeles Clippers.
