Kemba Walker’s recent neck injury—caused by a collision with teammate Semi Ojeleye — has caused the Boston Celtics to consider shuffling the deck. While they can roll the dice with who they have (and it appears they are doing just that, having recalled Tremont Waters from the G-League) the team could also look to the free agent market to find improvements for their ailing bench.
You see, the Celtics were supposed to have a productive bench mob led by Marcus Smart and Enes Kanter. Unfortunately, injuries to Jaylen Brown and then Gordon Hayward have forced Smart into the starting lineup.
