In today's look into Celtics rumors prior to tonight's NBA Draft, the Boston Celtics have two targeted trade partners who could help them add picks in the second round.
According to A. Sherrod Blakely of CSN New England, the Celtics might be looking to stockpile selections at the back half of an extremely loaded draft:
#Celtics trying to secure "at least" one pick in the second round. Philly and Milwaukee two potential partners, according to sources.

Per Brian Robb of CBS Boston, Celtics president of basketball operations has piled up seven million dollars worth of non-guaranteed contracts (Chris Johnson, Keith Bogans, Phil Pressey, Chris Babb) which could very well help grease the wheels on a deal or two on Thursday night.
The Celtics also hold rights to the Brooklyn Nets' 2016 and 2018 first-round draft picks - giving them more than enough ammo to be one of the busiest movers and shakers of both tonight and the offseason to come.
