The NBA season is churning right along with the All-Star break and trade deadline fast approaching on Feb. 8, and while the Boston Celtics aren't expected to be one of the more active teams, they could swing a deal to strengthen their roster for the postseason. Here are three players they could potentially trade for before the deadline:
1) Avery Bradley, SG, Detroit Pistons
Stats: 15.0 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.2 spg
Want to go all-in on winning the East and beating the Warriors in the Finals this year? Go back and get Bradley from Detroit. The Pistons officially put Avery Bradley on the trade block Monday morning, and while he'll be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, he should garner a lot of interest on the open market because of his defensive prowess. Boston traded him in the first place because they don't want to pay him this offseason, but adding another perimeter defender of his caliber would prove fruitful in the postseason.

2) Larry Nance Jr., PF, Los Angeles Lakers
Stats: 8.9 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 1.4 apg, 1.4 spg
General manager Danny Ainge tried to acquire Nance in the offseason, but the Lakers were intent on keeping him at that time. Now, they're willing to take offers for the second-year forward and Boston remains interested. It would take a draft pick to get him, but Nance would give the Celtics a boost to their frontcourt rotation and another energetic athlete.

3) Tyreke Evans, SG/SF, Memphis Grizzlies
Stats: 19.4 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 5.0 apg
Boston has been linked to Evans to give them a veteran presence and another playmaker on the wing for the playoffs, and that thinking makes sense. He's having his best offensive season since he was a rookie (though some of that has to do with Memphis' injuries) and has shown an improved stroke from three-point range.
