Zane McIntyre finally signed with the Bruins, after being drafted all the way back in 2010. There was a little bit of a question about whether he'd go UFA this past summer, but cooler heads prevailed. He's now in line to possibly take up a spot at the end of the bench in Boston, or star in Providence. Not a bad gig.
Back in the USHL, he won goaltender of the year in 2012. With North Dakota, he earned NCHC and NCAA goaltender of the year honors, as well as being a finalist for the Hobey Baker award (NCAA MVP) in 2014-15.
