The band is back for training camp.
Well, almost.
The Boston Bruins reported to Warrior Ice Arena on Thursday for off-ice testing. The 53-man preseason roster — divided into two groups for the first couple of weeks — will take to the ice on Friday for the first time this preseason on Friday.
Yet, the Bruins won’t have everyone on board quite yet. Both Brandon Carlo and Charlie McAvoy await new contracts as the Black and Gold look to bounce back from their most bitter season-ending loss in recent memory.
