After signing a six-year, $40 million contract with the Bruins in September, David Pastrnak continued to endear himself to fans in the first period of the team’s season opener on Thursday night.
The forward scored the team’s first goal of the regular season, finding the back of the net off of an assist from former Boston University defenseman Charlie McAvoy during a Boston power play.
