The Boston Bruins were blanked 2-0 by the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night at the TD Garden as the team’s offensive woes continue.
“The offense isn’t materializing for us,” Jim Montgomery said.
After a decent start, the Bruins had a hard time sustaining offensive zone time. Struggles continued to pile up for the Bruins who went 0 for 4 on the power play — with two man-advantages with zero shots. On 5v5, they passed up shots or weren’t shooting at all. Down a goal in the third, the Bruins lacked desperation with only three shots that made it on net.
