Since the beginning of January, the Providence Bruins have been one of the more consistent teams in the AHL. But over the weekend, they had a minor setback as they picked up just two out of six possible points. Here is a recap of the weekend’s games.
Friday, Febuary 15 vs. Toronto, 3-1 Win:
The P-Bruins kicked off the weekend with a solid 3-1 win over the Marlies on Friday night. Trevor Moore put Toronto up 1-0 in the first, but goals from Steven Kampfer and Lee Stempniak in the second gave Providence a 2-1 lead into the third.
