The Providence Bruins knew they were in for a tough stretch of games against the top two teams in the Atlantic Division over the weekend. The first place Checkers made the trek up from Charlotte for two games in a three day span, while the second place Sound Tigers hosted the P-Bruins in a Saturday night match up.
Still, the P-Bruins managed to to take five out of six points and are starting to gain some momentum in a competitive division.
Friday, November 30 vs. Charlotte, 2-1 Win:
In the first of two games against the Checkers, the P-Bruins grinded out a 2-1 victory to start the weekend with a win.
