Boston Bruins assistant captain Patrice Bergeron won his third Frank J. Selke Trophy at the annual NHL awards on Wednesday in Las Vegas.

The award is given annually to the forward who best excels in the defensive aspects of the game, and this is the second consecutive season the 29-year-old has won the trophy.
