On a night where the Bruins and Canadiens were far from civil compared to previous meetings, the last thing Torey Krug now has to worry about is the league reviewing a particular circumstance.
As first tweeted by Chris Johnston of SportsNet, the NHL Player Safety Department will not discipline Krug for his hit on Andrew Shaw in the B’s 2-1 overtime victory over the Habs at the Bell Centre on Monday night.

The incident in question came in the first period when Krug made contact to the head of Shaw as the two were heading towards the puck in the neutral zone.
