Thursday is upon us, and we continue to get little details about the (hopefully) upcoming NHL season.
Yesterday’s mini news was the revelation of the presumed new division alignment. One version of this realignment was shared a few weeks back by ESPN’s Greg Wyshynski, and while his looked a little different than this, he confirmed that this was the current one.
Not finalized yet, and still subject to change, but the 2020-21 four-division re-alignment currently looks like this according to sources:
Bos-Buf-NJ-NYI-NYR-Pha-Pgh-Was
Car-CBJ-Det-Chi-Fla-Min-Nas-TB
Ana-Ari-Col-Dal-LA-SJ-STL-VGK
